If hired, you may be required to submit livescan fingerprints in order to obtain a criminal record clearance. Disclose all convictions, misdemeanor and/or felony, regardless of when they occurred. A conviction will not necessarily disqualify an applicant from employment. You may omit marijuana-related convictions if the conviction is more than two (2) years old.

Compliance with the facility’s Substance Abuse Policy is a condition of employment. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a urinalysis test/screen for illegal drugs in accordance with facility policy. Continued employment is contingent upon compliance with the facility’s Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy.
