While the incredible Love Boxes shown here were created by our residents for Valentine’s Day, we believe our residents deserve LOVE all year round!

We can all relate to how exciting and fun it can be to get mail – via text, or email, or even through the U.S. Postal Service.   It means someone is thinking about us – that someone cares!

As we admired these resident-designed Love Boxes, we started thinking that, well, we want our residents’ lives to be overflowing with love every day!

That’s where you come in.

While we do all we can to show our residents love each and every day, a simple thing like getting a card or letter could light the day and heart of our residents.

Connecting with someone outside of the staff members or care team can expand the world of our residents.   Sadly, connections with the greater community are sometimes difficult to establish and nurture due to the special needs of residents.

The cards or letters don’t need to be anything fancy.  In this case, it is truly just the heartfelt thought that counts.

It can be a one-time card, “Thinking of You,” a joy-filled wish, or whatever feels right to you.  Or, who knows?  Perhaps it could be the beginning of a long-term Love-Pal relationship!
