At Mountain Shadows our motto is Because I Care. As part of our continuum of care we offer our residents year-round opportunities to venture out into the community, as well as special days which bring fun activities and the community to our residents and day program participants.

With most of our residents utilizing wheelchairs and needing special assistance, each of these undertakings requires extra hands. Additionally, many of our residents love meeting new people and engaging in these fun activities with their new friends.

Whether it is a corporate volunteer day, a community group, or individuals looking to volunteer for a day out we are always looking for special people to help us ensure that our residents have the best experiences possible.

In addition to the opportunities below, we are happy to welcome corporate volunteer groups, and arrange special days when your group comes and participates in a special activity with our residents.
