Bunny Kisses and Spring Wishes Bring Egg-citement to Mountain Shadows

“The Mountain Shadows Spring Bunny visited all of the Mountain Shadows houses in San Diego and Riverside,” says Vickie Perdaris, Mountain Shadows Community Homes Activity Director. “And, as always, the Bunny brought bags of goodies and toys for everyone!”

 “Some of the residents have never seen the Spring Bunny. They have seen stuffed animals, but not a stuffed animal that is ALIVE! And when the Bunny greets them, their faces just light up.

“Thanks to funding from the Mountain Shadows Foundation, and others, the Spring Bunny has been visiting our residents for many, many years.” says Vickie.

“It fills my heart to see the residents smile and give them a little bit of happiness.”

The Mountain Shadows CARE program provides recreational and social experiences to residents, adding meaning and richness to their lives. Funding is provided by the Mountain Shadows Foundation.
