At Luther Burbank Savings James specializes in cultivating client relationships by sourcing, processing and closing loans secured by multifamily and commercial real estate. As the top-producing loan officer in his division, James originated over 100 loans in 2018 and has been consistently recognized for his efforts to expand Luther Burbank’s direct to investor channel throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Inland Empire markets.
Prior to his experience at Luther Burbank Savings, James provided a wide array of commercial and business lending services at leading banks in California. As well as provided data networking and wireless solutions to major clients for Sprint and AT&T.
James’s sister, Cathy, currently resides at Mountain Shadows. Through his involvement with the MSSG Board of Directors, he fortifies his commitment to helping make MSSG the role model in residential care for the developmentally disabled.
