Jeff Mohnhaupt founded Hopper Systems, Inc. (HSI) to foster the development and growth of small business enterprises by providing leading-edge Information Technology (IT) services at an affordable price. Jeff’s passion to ensure access to state-of-the-art technology services to all businesses is evidenced by his dedicated service to Mountain Shadows for the past 11 years. Since 1999, he has spearheaded overall Information Technology services at Mountain Shadows facilities and has gained hands-on knowledge of all Mountain Shadows IT operations and systems.
His more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in a wide range of IT management and support services, combined with his in-depth knowledge of our facility’s business strategies, our residents and our staff, uniquely qualifies Jeff to ensure Mountain Shadows remains at the forefront in providing Information Technology solutions that will ultimately aid us in enhancing the lives of our developmentally disabled population.
Jeff was presented with the Mountain Shadows Supporter Extraordinaire Award in 2003 due to his work in successfully implementing a new, on-site PPS Software System. This innovative system allows Mountain Shadows staff members to monitor and manage all resident programs, thereby improving staff efficiency and quality of life for all of our clients more effectively.
HSI offers a broad scope of IT services, including network design and installation for inter-office and multiple locations, user-training, system maintenance, remote support and management, off-site back-up, and on-going IT support.
