Potential Volunteer Opportunities 2024 MSF Fall Classic
Your help is needed to make Mountain Shadows Foundation's 30th Annual Fall Classic spectacular! Please review the positions available and complete the form below with your contact information, availability, and preferred volunteer duties. MSF's Annual Fall Classic raises funds in support of the individuals with intellectual disabilities who live at Mountain Shadows Support Group and receive services from Mountain Shadows Ancillary Services.
SWAG TABLE | 7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Assignment Description: Fold all golf polos and arrange by size on the tables, organize "swag" table for golfers to come and fill their bags; welcome and assist golfers.
PUTTING CONTEST | 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Assignment Description: Keep score at the putting contest.
Pickleball Tournament | 12:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Assignment Description: Pickleball Registration, referee & general assistance.
RAFFLE TABLE | 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m
Assignment Description: Sell raffle tickets.
DRINK TICKET SALES | 4:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m
Assignment Description: Sell drink tickets.
SILENT AUCTION PROCTOR | 3:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Assignment Description: Answer any questions about the items; bring Buy-it-now bids sheet up to the registration table; make sure people are bidding correctly; at 5:30 p.m. bring bid sheets to the registration table; bring items to the registration tables and prep for check out.
AUCTION SPOTTERS AND RUNNERS | 5:30 p.m. -9:00 p.m.
Assignment Description: During the Live Suction write down the item, winning bid number, and bid amount; write down paddler raiser bidder numbers.
PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER | Various
Assignment Description: Take pictures, video, post on social media; anything to help enhance our memories of this event. All levels of experience welcome.
